Here’s how it all started.
2011
June: 140lbs
July: 136lbs
Aug: 135lbs (damn chicago)
Sept: 133lbs
Oct: 130lbs!
It kinda took me awhile to lose 10lbs because I went on vacation and school took over my life.
But I am back in action and well determined to finish my goal at 125lbs. Afterwards, I want to just tone up and build a 4 pack. :)
Lately, I have been running non-stop. I have ran 20 miles in the past week, plus yesterday I just killed a 5.6 mile hike.
I just want to thank every single person who has ever told me that I was unattractive, fat, and ugly. (I’m not being sarcastic either) And because of those comments, it has purely motivated me into working harder on my body. I have lost 6 lbs since then and I’m not stopping until I reach my goal.
