Here’s how it all started.
2011
June: 140lbs
July: 136lbs
Aug: 135lbs (damn chicago)
Sept: 133lbs
Oct: 130lbs!
It kinda took me awhile to lose 10lbs because I went on vacation and school took over my life.
But I am back in action and well determined to finish my goal at 125lbs. Afterwards, I want to just tone up and build a 4 pack. :)
